TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern purchases, custom-order requests, invoice payments, and use of kingdomforgednation.com. Throughout these Terms, “Kingdom Forged,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kingdom Forged LLC.

By submitting an order request, approving artwork, paying an invoice, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

  1. CUSTOM ORDERS AND QUOTES

Kingdom Forged creates custom apparel, drinkware, koozies, stickers, and other personalized products.

Submitting an order form or requesting a quote does not guarantee acceptance of an order. An order is accepted when Kingdom Forged confirms the order and issues or accepts payment under an invoice or other written agreement.

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Changes to quantities, products, sizes, materials, artwork, shipping, deadlines, or other specifications may change the final price.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes are valid for 30 days.

  1. PAYMENT

Payment is due according to the invoice or written payment terms provided by Kingdom Forged. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, full payment is required before materials are ordered or production begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the invoice before payment and confirming that products, quantities, sizes, colors, spelling, shipping information, and other order details are correct.

Production timelines do not begin until all required payment, order information, and artwork approvals have been received.

  1. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK

By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, names, trademarks, slogans, or other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it;
• Kingdom Forged is authorized to use it to complete your order; and
• Its use does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Kingdom Forged is not responsible for determining ownership of customer-supplied content. You are responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from content you submitted without proper authorization.

We may refuse any design or order that we reasonably believe is illegal, infringing, threatening, hateful, obscene, deceptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with our business and brand standards.

  1. ARTWORK AND PROOF APPROVAL

When an artwork proof is provided, the customer must review it carefully before approving it.

Approval confirms acceptance of all visible details, including:

• Spelling and grammar;
• Names, dates, and numbers;
• Artwork and design;
• Product color;
• Print color;
• Placement and approximate size;
• Product type, quantities, and sizes; and
• Any other specifications shown or listed.

Once a proof is approved, Kingdom Forged is not responsible for customer-approved errors. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and a revised production timeline.

Kingdom Forged remains responsible for producing the order substantially according to the approved proof and agreed specifications.

  1. COLOR, SIZE, AND PLACEMENT VARIATIONS

Colors shown on phones, computers, printed proofs, or other screens may differ from the finished product. Colors may also vary slightly between materials, garment colors, printing methods, production batches, and manufacturers.

Custom production may involve minor variations in print placement, dimensions, color, texture, or appearance. Reasonable variations that do not materially change the approved design are not considered defects.

Garment sizing may vary by brand and style. Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information and selecting the correct sizes.

  1. PRODUCTION TIMES AND DEADLINES

Production times are estimates unless Kingdom Forged expressly guarantees a deadline in writing.

Production may be affected by artwork revisions, delayed customer responses, product availability, supplier delays, equipment issues, weather, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please inform us of any required event date before paying. We do not guarantee that an order will arrive by a specific date unless that deadline has been accepted by Kingdom Forged in writing.

Rush orders may require an additional fee and are accepted only when our production schedule allows.

  1. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible.

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, an order may become noncancelable and nonrefundable after artwork has been approved, materials have been ordered, or production has begun.

Any approved cancellation may be reduced by design work, transaction fees, purchased materials, completed labor, or other nonrecoverable costs already incurred.

All cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our posted Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

  1. SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping charges, when applicable, will be shown on the invoice or otherwise communicated before payment.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not controlled or guaranteed by Kingdom Forged.

Kingdom Forged is not responsible for delays caused by a shipping carrier, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will provide reasonable assistance with a carrier claim when appropriate.

Customers should inspect delivered packages promptly and report missing, damaged, or incorrect products according to our Return and Refund Policy. Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required.

  1. LOCAL PICKUP OR DELIVERY

Pickup or local-delivery arrangements must be confirmed directly with Kingdom Forged.

Customers should not arrive for pickup until they have received confirmation that the order is ready. Orders will not be considered abandoned or disposed of without reasonable attempts to contact the customer.

  1. CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND RETURNS

Custom and personalized products generally cannot be resold. Therefore, they are not eligible for return or exchange because of changed preferences, incorrect customer-provided information, sizing choices, or errors contained in an approved proof.

If Kingdom Forged makes a material production error or provides a defective product, we will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, repair the item, replace it, reproduce the affected portion of the order, issue store credit, or provide a partial or full refund.

The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature and extent of the problem and the requirements of applicable law.

  1. REFUSED OR CANCELED ORDERS

Kingdom Forged may refuse or cancel an order because of product unavailability, pricing or invoice errors, suspected fraud, unlawful or unauthorized artwork, abusive conduct, safety concerns, inability to meet requested specifications, or conflict with our business standards.

If Kingdom Forged cancels a paid order before production because we cannot complete it, we will refund the applicable amount paid for the canceled work.

  1. WEBSITE AND PRICING INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, examples, prices, and other information. However, website content may contain errors or become outdated.

Website examples are illustrative and do not guarantee that every material, color, brand, product, or service is currently available.

If an obvious pricing or description error affects an order, Kingdom Forged may correct the error before accepting or producing the order. If payment has already been made and the customer does not accept the corrected terms, the affected payment will be refunded.

The final accepted quote, invoice, approved proof, and written order details control if they conflict with general website information.

  1. KINGDOM FORGED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Kingdom Forged name, logos, original designs, website content, photographs, graphics, and other materials created or owned by Kingdom Forged may not be copied, reproduced, sold, altered, or used commercially without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Kingdom Forged intellectual property or grant permission to reproduce the design unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Customer-owned artwork remains the customer’s property. Any separate design ownership or licensing arrangement must be stated in writing.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kingdom Forged will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from an order, product, website use, carrier delay, or missed event.

Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid to Kingdom Forged for the affected product or order.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

  1. COMMUNICATIONS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring the email address or telephone number supplied with their order.

Order confirmations, invoices, proof requests, payment confirmations, and shipping updates may be sent electronically.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Kingdom Forged may update these Terms when business practices, services, or legal requirements change. The version in effect when an order is accepted will generally govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed to in writing.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the accepted invoice or quote, the approved proof, the Return and Refund Policy, and any written order-specific agreement make up the agreement between the customer and Kingdom Forged.

If an order-specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the order-specific agreement will control for that order.
